Gemeente Putten is thrilled to invite aspiring poets to participate in a unique poetry contest centered around the theme of freedom. The challenge is simple yet profound: What does freedom mean to you? Express your thoughts and emotions on this significant topic through the art of poetry.

Poetry Recital Opportunity

The selected winner of the competition, determined by Dorpsdichter Henk Vaessen and a representative from Bibliotheek Noordwest Veluwe, will have the honor of reciting their poem on May 4th during the commemoration of Remembrance Day. Additionally, the top ten most captivating poems will be showcased on the official website of 80 years of freedom in Putten.
